Bromance [tag: Casey]

Mikey had not expected the hug - he would have been happy as a clam with just a friendly smile. Children seemed the most willing to look past what they were as mutants - perhaps that's why the giant Gator they had met today had found and made such a close human friend of his own when she had been a small child?

Her small arms had him though in a hug and the marshmallow of a turtle could have melted into a sticky pile of green goop, the happy happy churr that had settled from his reunion with his brother returned but this one was softer, and more low similar to a cats purr. It took him a little by surprise he'd never made that churr before. And she was so small in his arms as he gives her a very careful and gentle hug back big snout nuzzling her little shoulder gently, "of course I'll be your friend Isabella." He answers unaware for the moment of the woman that had just snugged his brother was now looking at him.

Raphael was not expecting to be embraced by this woman! He could have pulled away, but something about doing such a thing to an elder made him envision Splinter's cane coming down hard against the top of his noggin. He took it, out of respect for his father and soon found himself pulled into the woman's very large breasts, feeling slightly trapped, he couldn't suppress a wide spread blush that invaded his cheeks, darkening his skin to an unnatural shade of green.


Hearing her speak about him like some sort of angel was also a welcomed surprise, and despite the awkwardness of the situation, managed a small smile...


"Yeah.. I try.." And in fact the Reptile did more than try and did more than even the authorities. It was nice to be appreciated, almost as nice as when she finally released him from her 'boob hug'. Phew. Breathing a sigh of relief, his gaze shifted to Mike and the little girl, and Lexi who was still waiting for an introduction from his little brother and Casey....

Mikey looked over the little shoulder he was nuzzling and gave his brother a teaaaasing grin - ha! Raph was blushing

he nods to Lexi, "Mikey." Finally introducing himself realizing she had been waiting as he had let himself become focused on the small child.

'Sporty Spice'?

Casey didn't really know this chick. How would he? Hell, he's the reason most of her pals came back bruised and battered like yesterday's apples. Casey Jones had no reason to be apologetic or sincere because no matter how they were now affiliated with one another, he knew deep down they wouldn't change. There was a slight possibility. As slight as the tip of an ink pen. But he didn't want to believe that change could happen just like that.

Then again, the guys were more accepting of new allies and friends than Casey was. His social issues prohibited him from being open and inviting. Instead he was cold, yet clumsy. He stumbled over his words. It was because he was trying to hold his tongue while also being honest. He wasn't warm. Casey, granted he could be a nice guy, and he tried, could come off very cynical in his approach. Something this chick was going to learn and fast.

"Funny. Hey, why don't'cha ask yer pals over there how this felt smackin' across their dome? I'm sure they got stories," he retorted in a huff while brandishing his slugger bat.

Turtles, Dragon beater, his little girl seemed to be attached to the orange one. Good thing, the red one didn't seem to friendly. Ezekiel was holding his tongue he didn't want to cause issues in gabe's home. Not that he would notice. Mikko seemed to be good medicine for him, as much as he hated to admit that.

But then the dragon killer opened his mouth and that was the trigger Eze needed to act out.

He rushed at Casey and grabbed the man by his shirt slamming him into the wall.

How's about I let you feel what a bullet to the brain feels like! He growled.

Mikey stood carefully a arm around Isabella and one slipping about Ally drawing the two a step aside closer to the woman that just hugged Raph and both shielded by his shell should thing go further to hell in a hand basket.

He usually would try to mediate with some stupid joke like he did between his brothers buuuut his arms were full that would leave Raph and the others to the task.

Raphael thought that things were wrapping up here and thought that they would make it out of the Dragon's apartment without an incident. How delusional was he! Casey's deep rooted hatred for the Dragons seemed to have been provoked by Lexi's comments and Casey responded with snark, which wasn't well accepted by the able bodied male thug.


Fortunately Mike was quick to shield the child and Lexi frantically moved in, trying to wedge herself between the two angry men. Knowing that things could quickly get out of hand, Raph hooked one arm around her waist and pulled her back, away from the danger and gave her a stern look and spared a glance at Laz. Dude needed to keep his girl out of danger....


"Are you a fuckin' idiot?!" Raph snorted at Ezekiel, glaring at him as he positioned himself between him and Casey, towering over him. "There's a kid here!!" He had no way of knowing that the little girl that had taken a liking to his brother was actually the thug's daughter. "And women... you gonna risk hurtin' one of them over words?!" Wow, was he really saying that?! How many times had he lost his cool over words? He had placed his own family in danger several times because of it... but this was one of those 'do as I say, not as I do' moments and he hoped the Thug would consider it. Not that he feared for his or Casey's life.. pfft! But bullets didn't discriminate and there were innocents here....


"We're leavin', so jus' cool yer tits."

Laz sighed and grabbed Lexi. Lets let them sort this out, we'll go get the love birds from the couch before they suck each other's face off.

Bella held on to Mike and pointed at Casey. The bad man made daddy mad. He's going to pop a cap!

Mama folded her arms. She was use to Eze blowing up, though this time she couldn't blame him. The Casey guy should have kept his mouth shut.

Ooookay. One minute, everything was fine and awesome and the next, Ezekiel had Hockey man pinned against the wall with a gun now against his temple. Lexi and Raph were quick to interject and Mikey pulled her and the little girl to safety and even used his body to shield them. Lil' Orange was certainly racking up on brownie points tonight!



Hearing the little girl's comment, Ally couldn't help but snicker despite the heaviness of the situation. Hell, she was used to this sort of thing and sadly, it seemed the little one was, too. It was okay.. it just meant she would grow up strong, like her.


"So I take it Hockey Man isn't a fan of Dragons, huh?" She whispered to Mike, even though the answer was pretty obvious. Her brother had mentioned something about a hockey guy before, back when he was a Dragon, but she thought he was just crazy... well actually.. Spike is crazy... but that was beside the point...

Well, Raph's friend was certainly a dick! She was about to make some snarky retort but then things turned physical and Eze flew at him. Not wanting this to turn into a blood bath, Lexi tried to step between them but Raphael was quick to move her out of the way, then Laz tugged her away from the scene. Hopefully the Turtle could keep things under control, though, she hated feeling so powerless.


Giving a small nod at Laz she moved away from the chaos, walking into the den with him. Her nerves were shaken, but hopefully both boys would realize this wasn't the place.. there was a child here...

Gabriel spared a cheeky grin at Mikko and a wink that promised once he was back in the condition, he would give her the pleasure that she so deserved. This girl had stuck by him when it would have been so easy to walk away. She had nothing to gain by being with him, and if she stayed, his condition could hold her back... would occupy all of her time. But, she didn't turn her back on him. Only time would tell if this would all be too much for her, and there was that fear in the back of his head, but for now he would enjoy the comforts that she provided..


He noticed Lexi and Laz and finally spared them a look, unaware that chaos had broke out in his kitchen. But then he caught a glimpse of a very welcomed sight and a grin stretched across his lips..


"Is Mama here?"

Casey began snickering at the look in Lexi's eyes. His words were intimidating, invoking fear and an aggressive tone to his words. He didn't care! She was Dragon scum just like the rest of these wannabes! Bunch of posers, really. Casey wasn't afraid of one of these punks. Just then, one of them wasn't too thrilled about his taunts and decided to go in for a move. He threatened to put a slug right into Casey's head. The vigilante laughed. More like a cackle.

He was shoved against the wall with a pair of very strong arms. But this chump didn't know Casey Jones. He didn't know that Casey had tangled with Hun, one of the most dangerous criminals in this town. His arms were bigger, stronger and a lot more intimidating. "Go ahead, princess! See what happens when ya miss an' I crack this bad boy right across yer skull!", he mocked and provoked the Dragon. It was Casey's way. But Raphael decided to step in on his behalf. Casey shrugged Ezekiel off of him and glared daggers into him as he walked past, tapping his shoulder into Eze as he passed.

"I ain't stayin' here no longer. Screw these geeks, man! I say we book it an' get back ta check on Sensei.", Casey suggested with a hint of concern for their master in his voice.

Laz walked in the living room and was followed by Mama. When the woman seen Gabe laying on the couch she rushed to him, answering his question.

My lord, are you alright? What happen? She then spotted Mikko and smiled. Did you finally settle down with a woman? It's about time.

she could have went on and on but Eze, who was not happy at the moment walked into the living room as well.

We got to get ready to go. We'll stop at a shop once we are out of the city.

Yeah, it was time to go before things continued to spiral out of control. At least no one got hurt this go around, but once on the streets Raph knew that everyone would be fair game. Casey to the Dragons, and the Dragoons to his best bud. Whatever. Yeah, he disliked the Dragons too, but obviously Casey's hate ran deeper. So much so that he couldn't classify a group of rejects as anything but the marks they wore and the person they represented.

Stepping back out and onto the fire escape, Raph spared a glance at his but as he dropped to the street below, not bothering with the ladder. "So, I'm gonna follow this lead Mikko gave me..." And just her name felt like poison in his mouth that needed to be spat out. The way she was all over Gabriel after stringing him along... ugh. But what was he expecting? Even though she tried to assure him that he wasn't just a novelty, it certainly felt that way.


"Love has a taste for humans, but I think she'd take one look at you and decide yer too rotten to eat.." He teased with a smirk. "You comin' with?"

Gabriel was glad to see their adoptive mother, but he wasn't quite sure how to answer her question about Mikko. It was much too early to tell either one of them had settled down, so he would avoid that for the moment. "Eh..couple a scratches.. I'm okay.." He tried to assure the woman.


"Scratches, my ass." Lexi piped up, knowing Mama would know the truth sooner or later. She wasn't blind, after all. "Shredder made an example out of him.. he's paralyzed.. temporarily .. we hope.."

Mikko looked over at the others and smiled. She then carefully unwrapped herself from Gabe and stood up. She fixed her hair and held out a hand to Mama.

I'm Mikko. and I have no plans of leaving Gabe. He's stuck with me.

Mama took Mikko's hand, but like the others, Mikko also got a tight boob hug. I hope you keep Gabriel in his place. Make the boy settle down have a family, give me another grandchild.

Mikko chuckled at that and was finally let go. She gave a little pout though. She and Gabe hadn't talked abut kids, of course not, it was much too early for that. But she hadn't mentioned that she couldn't have children and wondered if that would be a deal breaker for Gabe. Maybe she would mention that once they settled down out of the city.

I'm sure it's only temporarily. Gabe's tough, he'll pull though.

Mama went up to Gabe and started to look him over, she wanted to see the damage for herself. Of course she was careful not to hurt him more.

Lets get you up so we can head out. have you anything packed yet?

"not at all cutie," Mikey finally answered and with a nuzzle to both girls shoulders, Ally and Isabella, watching with a little worry as Raph and Casey depart. But he would see his brother at Aprils some time.

He gives Ally's cheek a brief touch of his nose backing off from shielding the two girls as things cooled down, "Casey's pretty cool usually, but your right yeah he just is not a fan of the PD club, at all save one exception, though that one didnt really become a full member... I think..." and he was not sure he should give Angel's name.

Keeping his arm around Ally he steered her carefully into the living room after Isabella's father and others, a bit shy wondering after that if he'd be welcomed but most importantly the little girl on his arm would be seen safely to some one.

Daddy! Little Bella called out. Can Mikey come with us?

Ezekiel looked over at the turtle and his little one. He managed a smile for the sake of Bella. No, sorry sweetie, But i think Mikey has important things to do in the city.

The little girl pouted then heard that her uncle Gabe was hurt! She wiggled away from Mike and ran up to Gabriel. You hurt? She asked worried.

Phew. Ally was relieved that no one was injured during this. One minute, Casey was cool and giving Mike sex advice, but the moment Lexi greeted him, the whole ball game changed. To say that Casey wasn't a fan of the Purple Dragons would have been an understatement and his hatred seemed to extend even to the group that had proved that they weren't exactly cut from the same mold.


Whatever Everyone was alive and that's what mattered! Releasing the collective breath, she smiled as Mike pressed his snout against her, giggling slightly. The little big guy was quite affectionate and reassuring, traits that she really adored and rarely experienced from the opposite sex.


Once they were in the den, she remembered why they were here in the first place! She needed to change into something warm before they headed out for their walk.


"I'll be right back.."She told him pressing a soft kiss before untangling from that welcoming arm and disappeared into Gabriel's bedroom where she had once found a huge assortment of abandoned women's clothing stuffed in the bottom of his closet, probably from his one night stands. Boy had issues. Closing the bedroom door behind her, she went through the pile, deciding on a pair of black tights, an orange dress and a pair of gray fuzzy boots with a thick jacket to keep her warm. After getting dressed she reemerged, flashing Mike a grin as she closed the distance between them...


"Ready when you are!" She told him, unaware that her friends were preparing to leave the city. "Wanna drop by your place so you can grab a disguise, or are we keepin' our walk to the shadows?"

Gabriel's heart sank a little when Isabella realized that he was injured. He hated that she had to be exposed to this, but one thing was for certain, she was a tough kid. Giving a reassuring smile, the wounded thug reached out and ruffled the little girl's hair.


"Naw, I'm okay Angel." He tried to assure, wanting to spare her of any worry.


Hearing Mama's question, Lexi realized that nothing had been packed yet. "We're on it." She told the woman and dragged Laz off the Gabe's room, just as Ally was heading out, more appropriately dressed for her night out with Mikey.


Flashing a small smile at her boyfriend, Lexi grabbed a couple of suitcases and began packing things that she figured Gabe would need. She could return to the city ad visit her apartment tomorrow and retrieve her things, if the city wasn't closed down.


"Ally seems happy, huh? I haven't seen her smile that much in a long time.." She commented to Laz as she placed things in the suitcase. "But, a good man will do that for you." And she winked, knowing she had gotten lucky and now had a pretty amazing boyfriend herself.

That's what she should have been doing! Packing things for Gabe. Though the snuggling and kissing was soooooo much better. When Ally walked into Gabe's room Mikko was confused, then the girl walked out dressed up and Mikko was more confused!

Why are Ally's cloths in your bedroom? She wasn't accusing him of anything, just curious.

Bella seemed very worried for her uncle and she was so adorable, it made Mikko a little sad she would never have a little on of her own. Then Bella spotted the new puppy and her eyes lit up! She ran over to Chucky who was happy to have a playmate more his size.

Mama looked Ally over and did not approve the outfit she wore, it still seemed too cold, of course Mama always worried about these things. she unwrapped the scarf from her neck and wrapped it around Ally's neck, making a scarf/hood out of it. Do'n want ya to be catching cold out there.

Laz went with Lexi to help her though he felt strange going into Gabe's room and messing with his things. So he mostly let Lexi take care of everything. At her comment he gave a smile and a shrug. I don't know. I have yet to meet the man of my dreams. He said looking up and sighing. But I know a good woman will. He looked at her with a wink.

It seemed that they were about to depart and while Gabe was slightly excited about a change of scenery, that meant he was going to have to move, or be moved.. and doing either caused excruciating pain. The wheelchair was close, maybe he could pull himself into it once Mikko moved, but he was in no hurry to test how painful it would be.

Hearing Mikko's question slightly confused him, but then he remembered 'the stash', and giving Ally permission to take whatever she needed. "Oh, that..." And he spared her cheeky look. "Clothes left over from 'wild nights'...just haven't gotten around to givin' 'em to Good Will. Told Ally to take whatever, you know.. since she's currently homeless.." And he wondered how long that would last. Probably until her brother got out of prison.. which... he hoped would never happen. Last he heard Spike was on death row. He deserved it, though, he did feel bad for Ally. Spike seemed to be the only family she had. But now she had this Turtle guy.. was he her boyfriend? Whatever. It didn't effect him so he wouldn't judge. At least Ally had someone to keep her mind off her brother.

Lexi wasn't sure how long they were staying at Eze's cabin, but she packed everything she thought Gabe would need.. including the bong that she had gotten him one year for his birthday. She knew cabin fever would kick in and Gabe would need something to literally take his mind off the boredom. He was a city boy, after all.


Laz' response to her comment earned a much needed chuckle and she reached over to playfully pinch his cheek. "You're too much. But when you do find the right guy, I may have to kick his ass because I'm selfish and don't like to share." She winked.



"I was thinking, once we get to the country and get everyone settled in, I'm going to have to come back and grab some things for myself... and talk to my boss. I need to take a few days. If you want, we can swing by your place and grab your things, too.." And she wondered if Laz would want to. He hadn't said too much about where he lived. Then again, she knew he was keeping a low profile since the Foot were no doubt looking for him. "Or, if you want to lay low.. I can drop by and get whatever you need..."

Mikko slipped on her shoes and pushed the wheel chair closer to Gabe. she figured with Mike here and all maybe he could help Gabe if he needed it. sure Eze and Laz could help, But the turtles just seemed stronger. Not that she would say that in front of the guys.

Hop in sweet cheeks. Vroom vroom!

I'll come with. Can't have you in the city alone with all this crazyness going on. Though I'm sure you are more then capable of taking care of yourself. I just have to make sure.

Laz helped carry the suitcases to the front.

I don't have much. Most of my things were stashed at the foot tower and no way i can go get those things.

Having got a phone call that was quite disressing, Tiph had to leave the group and head back home. She didn't say why and slipped away quietly. It wasn't like she would be missed, She was always popping in and out of places. She would be back at Gabe's before they left, that was if she left, now things were getting complicated. Back at her place Spike and some other guy was waiting for her at her front door. The two of them were covered in blood and looking worn out. The new guy said something abut aliens and brainwashing. She Didn't know how he got out of prison and would ask later.

Tiph got them both inside and the new guy introduced himself as Jack. She let them use her shower and gave them a change of cloths. Spike had been shot and once he was cleaned off she seen the damage. With a sigh she got to work fixing him up. But Spike wasn't stitting still and every poke made him more angry. Finally he had enough and attacked....

A while later...


Tiphanny walked through Gabe's door looking a bit disoriented. The prison Spike was in had shut down, it realesed all the prisoners and of course spike got out, not without a few bullet holes, but he had a friend, or as close to a friend as Spike would get to help him out. Of course he went straight to Tiph's place. So she had been taking care of that.

She needed to get out though, Spike was becoming violent and unmanagable.

She practically fell through the door and then straightened up and smoothed herself out.
