Curiosity of Friends (tag Shaya)

April stood tugging Shaya lightly up with her once her friend had her bag over he shoulder. "He is, and seems a stiff shelled stuck up insufferable type but in moments when he is really relaxed the big brother is as much a older teen as the rest of the guys are, brawdy jokes and all." She giggles swaying a little as the train stopped and doors hissed open. "And what ever you were about to ask I think it would be safe to now." She adds.

Grinning Mikey made sure the women were with him as he steps from the train with them keeping close so no hands would touch them as they both made their way off the train ahead of him. "A question? sure go ahead." He chirps brightly not minding in the least and enjoying the fun chore of playing escort.

"Well... my mind is in a gutter with my question..." She kept pausing, partly a warning. Part of it was her thoughts to be formed as a question, the other was the drinks in her. The last bit of her normal conscious mind screaming her don't ask, be nice, and move on. She was sometimes April's caution. Usually, April and her would throw that thought away for the night, curiosity usually killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back. " I wonder if bi-pedal mutants and humans are compatible; downstairs? From what we can see of you, I'm guessing a combination of both worlds."

She winces at herself. "Oh God. I'm sorry Honey, I really am not allowed to ask such questions. Don't answer," She held up a hand in front of her as if to stop information pouring into her mind.  "Better I don't to know."

She laughed to herself, realizing she was going to kick herself in the morning so bad. How to ruin a friendship with another species in under a good hour? Just ask Drunk Shaya. Hell, If April wasn't embarrassed for them both. I doubt he would want to see a perverted scientist who asks, 'How big yo'r dick yo,' after this.

Mikey was a little stumped.

And April burst into a round of hard to smother giggles - here they were preparing and then when the train pulled up piling out in an inelegant disembark with Mikey ensuring both of them made it over the little step across - she caught a glimpse of his dark dark green cheeks and her giggles became more hysterical and less easy to hide. "Oh that is a good question I have always been curious about that myself - not because I ever wanted to touch or anything just been curious." She gasps. Of course during training she had seen her lil green brothers not so little powerful looking thick tails on occasion and wondered. And of Splinter of course but even drunk she doubted she would ever have the courage to ask him such a question!!

Mikey swore he went every shade of dark red tinged green over his cheeks in the space of ten seconds! Every shade!

But the teen boy in mind and his naturally extroverted inner self and his devious fun loving nature saw a chance to show off a little. From what he knew of net porn and raiding Raph's dirty rag stash he and his brothers had actual grounds to boast in that department. He had no idea really though if he was compatible with humans but whom better to tell him then two adult curious and maybe very tipsy women? "Well I have no idea and it's illegal to flash in public but I could show you lovely ladies and yous tell me if I am compatible with humans or not." He grins.

"Ooooooh we could use the rest room!" April points it out -post drunkness if she recalled this she may gringe at the eagerness, but her youngest adopted brother was offering of his own free will and she was not going to touch or anything gross like that. This was for science!

Shaya's face grew even darker. She will very much regret it in the morning. Damn that two bottles of high alcohol wine she drank in such a short time with April. Wine made the worst choices in a sense of enlightenment and the worst hangovers. Damn her curiosity and sense of wonderment. Damn his cute face for blushing. "This is why I never drink." She grumbled.
She blinked, frozen in a half step up the stairs, up the station stairs out to the street. Her flush of embarrassment made her power walk away from her thought; away from the situation. Her eyes stared them both down, delighted and worried. She breathed, "you said yes. You consent?"
She looked at Mikey . Shaya couldn't believe it. She looked at the rest room and out of the station. Her heart kept her on high alert still clearing her mind.
An old lady looked at them in the station walkway in her scooter. her wrinkly opinionated face judge them as she slowed to watch them three walk ahead of her. Shaya jogged back to mikey, if this would work no one had to be near.
She coughed out a comment a bit loudly for the old lady to hear, " sorry Micheal. We will get you all dressed up, dolled up, and cramp free before we go out. Those sweats do nothing for you." She turned him with her hand on his shoulder farther away and into the bathroom. She added to be sure in an extra college party enthusiasm, "We need you to be hot to see what you really can do."
It seemed the old cow approved and continued on from watching them. She wanted to laugh. Her double meaning to mikey only just hit her as she leaned on his bicep. Her tone hushed in amusement, "at least we can get you dressed later."

April barely retained her sniggers - oh Mikey's blushing, goofy grin!

And her own curiosity now that it was out there!

Sure she had purchased books of course to 'find' out what she could of her lil green brothers and rat master. But now one of her brothers was actually offering a show and tell. Though considering it was Mikey of course he would - the boy could really do with a tad bit of shame sometimes.

But this and the inappropriateness of it - for her at least did not really register, downed out by curiosity and amusement. "Come on the lady is gone now - though your place is probably better for it - hic!" She giggles to Shaya.

Barely believing his own daring on the matter but glad he did Mikey grins. "Yep I consent." He grinned goofily, chuckling and blushing at the mild innuendos in Shaya's cover up witht he older lady and watches her leave, double checks to make sure no one unsavory was coming near his intoxicated lovely charges and winks. "Here or at your place - either is fine with me..." He winks at them from under the shadowy hood of his hoodie.

Shaya laughed at April. "We are so sloshed! me with the gutter of a mind and You an' darn hiccups." Leaning on Mikey before pushing off him, like a springboard, to step forward. She smiled at his hooded face,"Well then we continue on. This way." She tilted her head up the stairway with a nod. 

The double stairs up to the entry of the subway was a wide opening to rows and rows of streets branching out. The third street on the left led up the straightest path while the other four seemed to wonder.  She led the way up one of the curved streets, her stride long as she was anxious to get home. The apartments were shorter but less dense as they passed dark covered windows and buzzing streetlights. 

The silence of the road and the company made her want to fill it with laughter. "Tell us a story, Mikey," she suggested as she kept leading them both.

Giggling and skipping along, happy and safe in the knowledge even sloshed - a state that was usually a danger for women in any large city out late at night - Michelangelo had them secure and would ensure they got to Shaya's in wobbly, giggling jello like piece but one piece.

"oooh oooh tell Shaya the time you guys - hic! - ended up burned by the hair curler" She hiccups, amused.

Annnnd Mikey was more than accommodating telling with much more emblandishment on his brothers and his own total foolishness when it came to trying out April's hair care and styling products the first time they stayed with her, they had of course seen these things on tv... and magazines but at the time the actual products had been a mystery.

The incident saw mild aloe cream once cooled down spots ranging from Mikey's snout, Raphs hands, Donnie's knee and - most embarrassingly for Leo his tail.. When he accidently sat on the ceramic heated end of the hair curler.

And Mikey of course used all the colorful language his brothers had gave out, even the rather colorful Japanese/ English mingled ones Leo came out with.

April again was in stitches over the memory. She had laughed then, when patching her poor adopted brothers up. But hearing it now sloshed as she was she laughed harder this time.

She often reflected how much her home changed for the turtles and their single father. He furniture was bigger more durable, her bathroom counting down to its days to be bigger, stronger, more accommodating to her water loving brothers and their dad whom also enjoyed a chance at a hot soak once in a while. How she had the carpets taken up and the floor polished so their feet that tracked rooftops and sewers would not leave stains, it would be easy to clean. She had more towels, more food and crockery in her cupboards, bigger deeper cooking implements, more shelving space for the brothers to put their favorites in, Mikey's orange crush, Raphael's and Casey's beers...

And...

She loved it, the apartment even seemed more lived in, more homey...

Mikey came to the end of the crazy story hoping Shaya was as amused as he and April, enjoying the laughter as he always did. Was he nervous he had offered to expose himself to the two curios ladies? No! He was excited about the opportunity. What better way to test the waters about how female humans would react to... The turtle goods?

Of course he'd have to bare in mind it would have to be reserved for those that know him and want to see... But it was a start.

He just hoped he was not ultimately repulsive!
